Mont Lux Members Bring Disney's Frozen to the North Houston Stage

National Youth Theater (NYT) is preparing to bring Disney's beloved musical Frozen to the Lone Star College–Tomball Performing Arts Center, November 19–22, with Mont Lux member Rachel Holland directing the production.

The upcoming musical is another milestone for an organization with deep roots in the North Houston arts community. Fellow Mont Lux member Justin Parks, who co-founded National Youth Theater in Chicago in 2013, helped bring the program to the Spring, Woodlands, and Magnolia area the following year. Today, he serves as its Executive/Artistic Director, continuing a decades-long commitment to developing young performers.

Featuring the familiar characters of Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf, Frozen offers its young cast the opportunity to bring a Broadway musical to life, supported by a creative team of local theater professionals.

For Mont Lux, the production is a welcome reminder of the talent and dedication sustaining theater in our own community. We congratulate Rachel, Justin, and the entire NYT company and encourage our members to come out and enjoy the show.
